To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, W4A, Lda and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App. In no event shall our total liability exceed the cost of the product.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
