The section below details the steps taken during production, from defining the concept to mass production of the customer's proposed product. All processes from development to production are carried out internally by W4A. This enables process optimization, reduced time to market and greater flexibility and speed to make changes to product definition.

Steps

From the idea to the final product.

  • Idealizing

    Idealizing

    Project managers and engineers will work closely with our customers to define the purpose, utility and functional requirements of the product. The main operations of the entire system will be designed and the main electronic components selected.

  • Development

    Development

    In the development phase, our team will study the concept, the mechanical design, the electronic design, the coding of the program and will conceive the files necessary for the development of the prototype.

  • Test

    Test

    The prototypes will be tested for functionality, stability and strength (if necessary). The client will receive a prototype for their own testing and validation. Depending on the results of the tests, the necessary adjustments will be made to the hardware or software.

  • Preparation for production

    Preparation for production

    Molds for plastic boxes will be produced. The electronic components will be placed inside the boxes for the verification of adjustments. Further testing may be necessary.

  • Pilot Test

    Pilot Test

    A pilot test is critical to ensure product stability. Acquisition of material for production, equipment programming and preparation of testing and quality control procedures for assembly will be carried out.

  • Production

    Production

    At this stage, the necessary materials are acquired, deadlines are defined and fine adjustments are made in the internal production line. Finally, the product is manufactured at W4A facilities.

  • Final Product
